Description

Creamy and festive no-bake Valentine’s Day Oreo truffles made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and pink candy melts. Perfect for parties and gifting.


Ingredients

36 regular Oreos

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

12-ounce bag pink candy melts

1/2 cup white candy melts

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Valentine’s Day sprinkle mix

Gold sanding sugar


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a bag and rolling pin or food processor.

3. Mix crushed Oreos and cream cheese until fully combined.

4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.

5. Refrigerate while preparing candy coating.

6. Melt pink candy melts with coconut oil until smooth.

7. Dip Oreo balls, tapping off excess coating.

8. Seal holes and return to parchment paper.

9. Melt white candy melts with remaining coconut oil.

10. Drizzle over truffles and add sprinkles.

11. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep truffles refrigerated until serving.

Do not overheat candy melts.

Decorate immediately before coating sets.
