Description
Crunchy homemade maple pecan granola made with oats, toasted pecans, and pure maple syrup for a naturally sweet breakfast.
Ingredients
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Melt coconut oil and stir in maple syrup and vanilla.
4. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Allow granola to cool fully to form crunchy clusters.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
