Description
A grilled chicken wrap recipe that’s quick, healthy, and versatile perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
1 cup lettuce or spinach
1 tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup sauce (ranch, hummus, or yogurt sauce)
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
3. Slice chicken into thin strips.
4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
5. Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and cheese onto tortilla.
6. Top with grilled chicken slices and drizzle with sauce.
7. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
8. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For meal prep: wrap in foil and refrigerate up to 2 days.
Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
