Easy chicken stuffing bake made with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and savory stuffing.

1–2 lb chicken breast, diced

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/3 cup sour cream

1 box stuffing mix

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 dish.

2. Add diced chicken to the dish.

3. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.

4. Combine warm broth with stuffing mix and spread over casserole.

5. Cover and bake 30 minutes, uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more.

Ensure chicken reaches 165°F before serving.

Broil briefly for a crisp topping if desired.
