Ingredients
4 pints strawberries
12 to 16 oz shortcake
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
1. Prepare strawberries.
2. Make whipped cream.
3. Prepare cream cheese layer.
4. Layer cake pieces.
5. Add strawberries.
6. Add cream layer.
7. Repeat layers.
8. Garnish and chill.
9. Serve.

Use fresh strawberries.
