Ingredients
1 small cabbage head
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut cabbage into 4 thick slices.
3. Brush with olive oil and season.
4. Flip and repeat seasoning.
5. Bake 25 minutes until tender and browned.
Notes
Use even slices for even cooking.
Broil briefly for extra crispness.
Reheat in oven for best texture.
