Crispy bang bang salmon bites made with panko coated salmon and creamy spicy sauce for an easy seafood recipe.
Ingredients
1 lb salmon
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup panko
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
oil
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
1. Cut salmon into cubes.
2. Prepare breading station.
3. Coat salmon pieces.
4. Heat oil.
5. Fry 2 to 3 minutes per side.
6. Mix sauce ingredients.
7. Serve with sauce.
Notes
Use fresh salmon.
Serve immediately.
