Description
Creamy one-skillet beef stroganoff tortellini made with ground beef, cheese tortellini, and a rich savory sauce. Ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
9 oz cheese tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook onion in olive oil.
2. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
3. Add garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, and paprika.
4. Pour in beef broth and simmer.
5. Add tortellini and cook until tender.
6. Stir in cream and simmer until thickened.
7. Season and garnish.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture.
Great with a side salad.
