Description
Creamy chicken and gnocchi made with tender chicken thighs, kale, and a rich Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
16 oz gnocchi
1½ lbs chicken thighs
5 Tbsp butter
1 shallot, diced
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp thyme
3 Tbsp flour
1¼ cups chicken broth
¼ cup white wine
½ cup half and half
1 bunch kale
½ cup Parmesan
Instructions
1. Cook gnocchi.
2. Sear chicken and set aside.
3. Cook shallot, garlic, thyme.
4. Whisk in flour.
5. Add broth, wine, and cream.
6. Stir in gnocchi and kale.
7. Add chicken and bake.
Notes
Use thighs for juicier chicken.
Serve immediately.
Add broth when reheating.
