Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prepare cinnamon filling.
2. Mix pancake batter.
3. Make glaze.
4. Cook pancakes with cinnamon swirl.
5. Drizzle glaze and serve.
Notes
Cook pancakes on low heat.
Do not overmix batter.
Serve immediately for best texture.
