Description
Easy chocolate-covered strawberry yogurt clusters made with Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a crisp chocolate shell. A healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
3. Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture into clusters.
4. Freeze clusters for 30–45 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
6. Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate.
7. Allow chocolate to harden before serving.
Notes
Freeze clusters before dipping to prevent melting.
Work quickly when coating with chocolate.
Store clusters in the freezer for best texture.
