Ingredients
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)
1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Let sit for 15 minutes, then whisk again.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Stir and serve into small glasses.
5. Add desired toppings before serving.
Notes
Use fresh chia seeds for best results.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
