These Chicken & Veggie Lettuce Wraps or Low-Carb Wraps are quick, flavorful, and perfect for weight loss or clean eating goals.
Ingredients
1 lb grilled chicken breast, shredded or sliced
1 head of butter lettuce (or romaine)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
Optional toppings: avocado slices, hummus, Greek yogurt sauce, sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and separate the lettuce leaves. Pat dry and set aside.
2. Slice grilled chicken and vegetables.
3. Lay out a lettuce leaf and layer with chicken and veggies.
4. Add optional toppings like hummus or yogurt sauce.
5. Fold the leaf like a taco or roll into a wrap.
6. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, add roasted chickpeas or cabbage slaw.
Use coconut aminos for a low-sugar soy sauce alternative.
