Easy chicken rice casserole made with tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a creamy onion-mushroom sauce.

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
1. Preheat oven.
2. Add chicken to baking dish.
3. Top with rice and onion soup mix.
4. Mix soup and water and pour over.
5. Cover and bake until rice is tender.
Notes
Use a glass baking dish.
Keep covered while baking.
