Soft cherry pistachio crinkle cookies with chewy cherries and nutty pistachios.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour
Pistachio pudding mix
Baking powder
Salt
Unsalted butter
Granulated sugar
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Almond extract
Dried cherries
Chopped pistachios
Powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk dry ingredients.
3. Cream butter and sugar.
4. Mix in eggs and extracts.
5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
6. Fold in cherries and pistachios.
7. Chill dough.
8. Roll in powdered sugar.
9. Bake 10–12 minutes.
Notes
Do not overbake for a soft center.
