Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage made with halal-certified sausage, crispy baby potatoes, ranch seasoning, and melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
1 pound halal smoked sausage
4 cups baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut potatoes and slice sausage.
3. Season potatoes with oil and spices.
4. Spread on baking sheet and add sausage.
5. Roast 35–40 minutes.
6. Add cheese and bake 5 minutes.
7. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding pan.
Use freshly shredded cheese.
Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
