Cajun steak tips tossed in creamy Parmesan rigatoni. A bold and comforting steak and pasta dinner idea.
Ingredients
1 lb steak tips
10 oz rigatoni
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ cup mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
1. Season and sear steak.
2. Cook rigatoni.
3. Sauté garlic and add cream.
4. Stir in Parmesan.
5. Combine pasta and steak with sauce.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese.
Do not overcook steak.
Add pasta water to loosen sauce.
