Description
The best Butter Garlic Ramen made with instant noodles, garlic, butter, and chicken stock. Ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 packages instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Melt butter and cook garlic gently.
2. Add stock, salt, and pepper.
3. Add ramen and cook until tender.
4. Reduce liquid.
5. Stir in remaining butter and parsley.
6. Serve hot.
Notes
Start garlic in cold pan to prevent burning.
Use low-sodium stock.
