These Better Than Starbucks Egg Bites are fluffy, cheesy, and packed with vegetables for an easy make-ahead breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped vegetables
1/2 cup chopped turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
3. Add vegetables, turkey, and cheese to each muffin cup.
4. Pour egg mixture into cups and stir gently.
5. Bake until set and lightly golden.
6. Cool briefly and remove from pan.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Allow to cool slightly before removing.
