Ingredients
1½ cups flour
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients and stir gently.
3. Heat pan.
4. Cook pancakes.
5. Serve warm.

Do not overmix.
Do not press pancakes.
