Ingredients
1 egg
50 g yogurt
70 ml milk
35 g all-purpose flour
25 g protein powder
5 g sweetener
½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix all ingredients in oven-safe bowl.
3. Add toppings if desired.
4. Bake 20-22 minutes.
5. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Adjust milk if using whey protein.
Store in fridge up to 4 days.
Reheat before serving.
