Description
Crispy Baked Chicken Legs seasoned with pantry spices and roasted until golden, juicy, and perfectly crispy.
Ingredients
8 skin-on chicken drumsticks (approx. 2 lb)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked or sweet paprika
1 tbsp dry mustard (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment.
3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Add olive oil to seasonings and mix.
5. Bring chicken to room temperature.
6. Coat drumsticks fully with seasoning oil.
7. Arrange on baking sheet with space between each piece.
8. Bake 30 minutes.
9. Brush with pan juices; bake an additional 5–10 minutes until crispy and 165°F internal temperature.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes.
Reduce sea salt if preferred.
