Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1 avocado, mashed
6 asparagus spears
8 cherry tomatoes
Pickled red onions, to taste
Olive oil, as needed
Black sesame seeds, for garnish
Fresh dill, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Grill asparagus and tomatoes.
2. Toast bread.
3. Mash avocado.
4. Assemble toast with toppings.
5. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Serve immediately.
Best with ripe avocado.
