Ingredients
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup milk
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Add milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla to jar.
2. Stir or shake well.
3. Let sit 5 minutes, stir again.
4. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
5. Add toppings before serving.
Notes
Store up to 1 week in fridge.
Stir twice to prevent clumping.
