Description

A thick and creamy 5-minute fruit smoothie bowl made with banana, strawberries, pineapple, and Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

⅓ cup frozen pineapple chunks

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt or skyr


Instructions

1. Freeze banana pieces for 1–2 hours.

2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

3. Blend for 2–4 minutes until thick and smooth.

4. Scoop into bowls and add toppings.

5. Serve immediately.
