Description
Quick 10-minute oatmeal banana pancakes made with bananas, oats, eggs, and yogurt.
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup oats
2 eggs
2 Tbsp yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat pan and grease lightly.
3. Cook small pancakes on medium-low.
4. Flip when bubbles form.
5. Serve with toppings.
Notes
Keep pancakes small for easy flipping.
Lower heat to prevent burning.
